I can eat Crispy Fried Pickles everyday if I had the energy to make them. Not saying they take forever to make, I'm just lazy sometimes. But when I do have the energy, the jar of pickles is close to being gone when I make this recipe. I remember when I ordered fried pickles at my wedding reception and I fell in love. I don't think I ever had them before. But on August 28th, 2021, I became obsessed. Ask anyone! I LOVE them. I can eat them as a side dish, a main dish. Whatever kind of dish. Stop asking where can I get fried pickles? You can make them at home!

This homemade Crispy Fried Pickles recipe is special to me because I used everything bagel seasoning in the mix. I took the flavor to the next level and made something delicious. There was a solid few months where I put this seasoning on everything I was making. I had to calm down a bit. The panko breadcrumbs can be enough since the flour mix had a mix of seasoning in there. But the seasonings with the the extra everything bagel seasoning, it's so good! An easy appetizer for a holiday party!

    A healthy swap!

Also, if you want a healthier oil swap, I used coconut oil to cook these up. I know a lot of people have particular oil options but I like to swap between olive oil and coconut oil. Sometimes you can taste the coconut oil, but with this recipe there is so much flavor you can barely taste the coconut oil. Now if you want to get crazy, you can use pickles spears which I've seen people use on TikTok. It would be a huge fried pickle but it's still a pickle. I should give it a try once!
