Each pretzel is coated in everything bagel seasoning, YUM
A quick cook time
You can make protein and seasoning swaps - you can try chicken or veggies!
Tips!
- Depending on how hot your stove gets, I dipped the cut up pieces of dough into the baking soda/water mix for like 15 seconds. Make sure you dry off the dough on a paper towel before you pop it onto the parchment paper to cook.
- I used pre-made pizza dough stretched out and rolled. Cut the pieces into small chunks and make sure the dough wraps around the mini hot dog fully.
- Add the seasoning after you coat the pretzel pigs in a blanket in your egg wash.
- Keep an eye on the pretzels in the oven. They cook fast so the full 18 minutes might not be necessary.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce!
