Pizza Dough (I use pre-made dough from the supermarket)
Everything bagel seasoning
Egg wash - 2 tbs almond milk one egg
½cupbaking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Roll the pizza dough into a rope and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Boil 6 cups of water. When the water is boiled add baking soda.
Add the dough to the water for 15-20 seconds and transfer to parchment paper and pat dry. Once its dry, stretch out the dough and roll the mini hot dogs inside of the dough.
Coat the pigs in a blanket with egg wash and sprinkle everything seasoning on the pigs in the blanket.
Cook for 15-18 minutes until brown. Keep an eye on the pigs in a blanket. Sometimes other people stoves are run too hot.
