Let's make some Reese's peanut butter cup cookies!
I know a lot of people who are big fans of Reese's but unfortunately I am not one of them. My husband is a major peanut butter lover so I try to make peanut butter recipes here and there. I knew I had to make these Reese's Peanut Butter Cup cookies for all of you peanut butter fans out there. If you're into chewy brownie cookies with peanut butter frosting and and chopped Reese's on top this is exactly the dessert recipe you want.

These Reese's peanut butter cup cookies is a very basic recipe for someone who isn't a baker. I like to make easy recipes that you can make without a hassle. For the base of the recipe I used a classic brownie cookie so it's chewy and chocolatey. The brownie cookie works perfectly with the peanut butter frosting because you bite into the cookie and it's just like a cake.
What can you do instead of a brownie cookie?
- If you want a quick hack, you can make box mix brownies instead and pop the peanut butter frosting on top with the chopped Reese's. You can never go wrong with brownies!
- Store-bought cookies is another easy way. Quick and simple. Plus if you're really lazy this is the BEST. All you need to make is the peanut butter frosting.

Use your cookie scoop to place cookies 1 inch apart on your parchment paper linked baking sheet. Cook at 350 for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven temp). Use a toothpick to poke a cookie and see if they're fully cooked. Place the cookies on a wire rack until fully cooled.
