Cookies are one of my favorite things to make because they're so simple and there are so many delicious recipes and ways to whip them up. These birthday cake cookies are perfect if you have a birthday coming up or if you need a sweet treat to bring to a party.
If you're not a fan of sprinkles you can swap that out with something else you prefer. But the sprinkles make these cookies "birthday cake" theme. It adds that extra something to this fun recipe. And every bite has chocolate chips. YUM! Keep reading to get the full recipe.
