Are you on Thanksgiving Roll duty this year? I'm team frozen rolls and I have the perfect way for you to level up the most basic roll. My brown butter and herb mixture will wow everyone at Thanksgiving dinner this year. These are the best dinner rolls!

I'm bringing back my Thanksgiving recipes for people looking for something quick and easy to make this year. These Thanksgiving rolls are perfect because I always use pre-made rolls. Of course I can make rolls but after I spend hours prepping and cooking a turkey, the last thing I want to do is make homemade rolls. So pre-made frozen rolls are the way to go. For this Thanksgiving rolls recipe, it's very simple all you need is the following ingredients to get this dinner roll recipe started.
- 5 tablespoon of Brown Butter
- ¼ teaspoon sage
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of pepper
- ¼ teaspoon rosemary
First the melted butter is necessary to get this recipe started. On your stovetop, melt 5 tbs of butter. Follow this up with the herbs and mix everything together. Place your pre-made rolls in a prepared baking dish coated in cooking spray or a parchment lined baking sheet. Pre-heat your oven, while this is happening the butter will cool off a bit and you can start brushing your rolls. The first butter brushing happens before you bake. Pop the rolls in the oven (check of the cook time on the back of the package) and keep an eye on them.
Halfway through your timer brush some more of the butter mix on the rolls. These buttery dinner rolls will be so fragrant the whole house will smell delicious. After the timer goes off and you take the rolls out of the oven, brush them with the butter mix again. You shouldn't need additional butter on the rolls but if you want some more the option is there.

I'm not a roll loving person but when I take the first bite of a roll I can't get enough. I dive right back into loving bread. I'm confident that these are better than homemade dinner rolls. The flavor, the butter, the herbs. Everything just tastes so perfectly. Keep reading to get the recipe and leave me a comment if you try this brown butter and herb mix.

- Last, once the rolls come out the oven give them one last brushing and get ready to serve nice and hot!
