    Let's Make Stuffed Bagel Bites

Forget those Dunkin Donuts Bagel Bites, I made something better for your busy mornings! My everything bagel bagel bites stuffed with plain cream cheese. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! These golden brown bagel balls are little mini pieces of heaven. I've been wanting to make this recipe for a while and I finally had enough time to make them for breakfast. I have to say, this recipe is THE BEST! These stuffed bagel minis like this are so easy to make and you only need a few ingredients to make this. No yeast needed so you don't need to deal with all of that. All you need is these ingredients to get this recipe going.

    • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
    • 1 Cup Buttermilk or greek yogurt
    • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
    • 2 Ounces Cream Cheese
    • 1 Egg for the egg wash (room temperature)
    • Everything Bagel Seasoning, poppy seeds, or sesame seeds

Yes, the dough will be sticky

First, get your baking sheet ready with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 375. Then add all of ingredients above to a large bowl, the dough will be sticky. Once everything is combined and the dough forms, flour your kitchen counter or cutting board and place the dough on top. Knead the dough on top of the sprinkled flour and add extra flour if the dough becomes sticky again. Roll the dough into a disc shape and cut it in half then quarters. After that I cut those pieces into smaller pieces. Next, flatten the dough and place small cubes of the cream cheese filling in the dough pieces. Press them together and roll the dough ball. For the best results make sure you brush each ball with the egg wash. This will help the stuffed bagel bites to brown. Cook these stuffed bagel bites for 25 minutes at 375 and let them cool for 5 minutes. You can also cook these stuffed bagel bites in the air fryer too. Just make sure you use some cooking spray in the air fryer so it doesn't stick. Once these stuffed bagel bites are done, the edges of the dough and the bottoms of the bagel bites should be brown.
