Let's make this Easy Edible Cookie Dough recipe!
Now this easy dessert recipe literally takes 10 minutes. Maybe even less time if you mix fast. Quicker then other cookie dough recipes. That’s because all you need to do is combine all of the ingredients in this recipe which you can find below and pop the ingredients into a mixer. Once it’s all blended you can then eat it. This edible mixture can last up in the fridge for a week (if I last that long). When you’re kicking off this recipe, make sure your butter is softened. That’s key when it comes to a cookie dough recipe. If the butter isn’t fully mixed into the dough correctly it can cause issues with your cookies if you plan to make some (that’s only if you choose to add eggs and make this a legit cookie dough recipe)
How to make healthy swaps
- Use a sugar like stevia or coconut sugar to cut back
- Go for something like almond milk like I did here
- Use a low-sugar chocolate chip option
- Salt isn't needed but it does change the taste a bit
