Let's make an easy brunch cocktail! Now that I'm no longer pregnant I can finally enjoy a cocktail or two. This S'mores cocktail made with Bailey's chocolate flavor is so delicious. This cocktail literally tastes like chocolate milk. The rim is filled with chocolate syrup and coated with graham crackers. Overall, this whole drink is a dream and perfect for you to make with friends and family. Are you looking for a fun cocktail? Keep reading so you can make this S'mores cocktail!
Use Store Brand Ingredients
For one, all of the additional ingredients were store brand. The chocolate syrup and graham crackers were both store brand. I saved a lot of money this way. If your recipe ever includes basic ingredients like this, just use store brand. I also purchased these glasses from Target for a decent price as well. You can also find more affordable ones at your local dollar store.
What you need for this S'mores cocktail
Ice and a cocktail shaker is necessary in this recipe. The chilled ingredients enhance the flavors. If you don't have ice, just pop the ingredients in the fridge for a big to cool off. If you want the ingredients cooled off quick, pop it in the freezer.
Tips:
This recipe makes ONE cocktail. If you want to make it for two, double up on the ingredients. But I crafted this recipe for one if you're interested in a tasty chocolately drink that doesn't have too much alcohol in it.

S'mores Cocktail
Equipment
- cocktail shaker
- coupe glasses
Ingredients
Cocktail ingredients:
- 4 oz Baileys Chocolate
- 2 oz chocolate liqueur
- 3 oz vanilla almond milk
- 2 oz heavy cream
- Crushed Graham Crackers
- Chocolate Syrup
Optional:
- Toasted Marshmallows
Instructions
- Crush up graham crackers and place them on a small plate along with some chocolate syrup. Set aside.
- In your cocktail shaker, add ice followed by the baileys, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and almond milk. Close the shaker and SHAKE aggressively.
- Take your coupe glasses and roll the rim into the chocolate syrup and crushed graham crackers. Pour the cocktail mixture into the coupe glasses.
- Next, set your oven to the broil setting and pop in one or two marshmallows for 1 minute. I put my marshmallows on a cookie sheet with parchment paper so they don't stick. Make sure you take the marshmallows out after ONE MINUTE or they will burn. Add toasted marshmallows to your garnish stick and top your glass with the toasted marshmallow. Enjoy!
