Crush up graham crackers and place them on a small plate along with some chocolate syrup. Set aside.
In your cocktail shaker, add ice followed by the baileys, chocolate liqueur, heavy cream, and almond milk. Close the shaker and SHAKE aggressively.
Take your coupe glasses and roll the rim into the chocolate syrup and crushed graham crackers. Pour the cocktail mixture into the coupe glasses.
Next, set your oven to the broil setting and pop in one or two marshmallows for 1 minute. I put my marshmallows on a cookie sheet with parchment paper so they don't stick. Make sure you take the marshmallows out after ONE MINUTE or they will burn. Add toasted marshmallows to your garnish stick and top your glass with the toasted marshmallow. Enjoy!
