Let's make a Sparkling Orange Juice Mocktail
Another easy mocktail recipe for Dry January, a Sparkling Orange Juice Mocktail. Add this drink to your New Year's Mocktails list and this one is simple like the Strawberry Mojito Mocktail I posted here. Now, if you're not into orange juice, you can always switch it up with something like grapefruit juice, cranberry juice. Something of that nature would taste great with muddled mint and strawberries. Plus, the sparkling water really add the tasty fizz factor to the mocktail. Orange juice is filled with antioxidants and vitamins which makes it the perfect beverage during the winter. And when summer is here you can make easy mocktails with orange juice or other fruit juices!
This kind of orange juice mocktail doesn't need to be put in a cocktail shaker since I'm using sparkling water. You just need that extra fizz which comes from the water. Adding this non alcoholic drink to your mocktail roster will be just the thing you need. Why I like this Sparkling Orange Juice Mocktail?
- The taste
- Easy to make
- Low in calories
- Looks great! 🙂
As far as orange drinks go this is top of the list for me. You can consider this like an orange mojito mocktail that you can add fun add-ons to. If you don't want to use orange juice you can make it fun and use orange slices and muddle them in the glass and top it off with sparkling water. Or you can juice blood oranges if you want a different kind of taste. I hear a blood orange mocktail is tasty!

Do you need to use sparkling water?
You don't! For this recipe you can swap out the sparkling water with seltzer. Seltzer has the EXTRA EXTRA fizz which I love but I wanted something a little light and this was perfect. I used the same Poland Springs lime water. You would think it's super limey but it's not. It's really really good. You can also use club soda if that's your preference.
Here are some things I know people like to add to their mocktails
- GInger Ale
- Lemon Juice
- Mint Leaves
- Simple Syrup
- Lime Juice
It's the perfect drink for a hot day or brunch. Super refreshing and easy to make. Citrus mocktails are my favorite because you can put so many fun twists on the recipe. It's an easy mocktail your guest will love and who doesn't love an easy recipe when you're making brunch.
