Since this pregnancy started I slowly started to realize that I need to make quicker meals because I can't stand on my feet long. Over the last few months my meals have taken under thirty minutes to make or Nick steps up and makes us dinner which is very helpful to switch off tasks. I was really craving a Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza and I had some quick hacks I made to this recipe to save time in the kitchen.
Here are some hacks!
The first hack for this Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza was to use Tyson Brand chicken tenders instead of cooking chicken from scratch. I air fried these tenders and chopped them up. After that, I tossed these tenders in buffalo sauce and set to the side until they cooled down. In this video I brushed the buffalo sauce on the flatbread, followed by the cheese and the additional ingredients. The prep time was about 15 minutes and cook time about the same. This recipe in total takes 30 minutes which is super quick.
I bought the two pack flatbread crust so I can make a few different pizza options so the other pizza I made was cheese, a classic option. You can take a classic cheese pizza to the next level with different cheeses on the crust to bring out the flavor. I really like Boursin it's so good! But the best one right now is this Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza that I made.

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza
Ingredients
- Tyson Chicken Tenders
- ¼ cup Chopped red onion
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 1 Flatbread crust
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
- Drizzle ranch dressing on the pizza
Instructions
- Cook the chicken tenders at 400 degrees in your air fryer or oven for 15 minutes. Let cool and chop up the tenders.
- Brush the flatbread with buffalo sauce
- Top the flatbread with mozzarella cheese and chopped red onions
- Next, add your chopped up chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce on top of the cheese
- Add a ranch dressing drizzle on top of the pizza.
- Cook at 400 for 15 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Enjoy this pizza nice and hot!
