Cook the popcorn chicken at 400 degrees in your air fryer or oven for 15 minutes. Let cool and chop up the popcorn chicken. If you're using the oven the cook time might need to increase.
Coat the flatbread with buffalo sauce and use a spoon to spread it around.
Top the flatbread with mozzarella cheese and chopped red onions.
Next, add your chopped up chicken tenders tossed in buffalo sauce on top of the cheese
Add a ranch dressing drizzle on top of the pizza.
Cook at 400 for 15 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted.
