Pop these biscuits on the table
Your family and friends will LOVE these homemade cheddar biscuits during the holidays or as a side dish with your meal. I LOVE biscuits, and when there's a little gravy on the plate, SO GOOD! When it comes to a biscuit recipe, the ingredients are pretty simple. And if you have a little patience, you can definitely whip these up in a short amount of time.

First, mix all your dry ingredients, then slowly pour in the wet ingredients. The part that takes some work is grating the butter. My arm was sore after this, but it's worth it. Because you want butter to be in every layer of the biscuit.

After everything came together, I used my hands to bring the dough into a ball, then flattened it and cut the biscuits into individual pieces. The biscuits need to be baked on a baking sheet with parchment paper at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy them nice and hot! You'll LOVE the flaky flavor, the butter, and the pieces of cheddar.
