No-bake desserts to make this summer

When the temperatures reach the 90s this summer, you definitely don't want to turn on the stove to cook or bake. Well, you're in luck because I have a delicious no-bake recipe. Frozen Yogurt S'mores Clusters. Filled with graham crackers and marshmallows, coated in milk chocolate. This is the type of recipe you can whip up in less than an hour. I'm serious. Since you only have to melt the chocolate in the microwave, nothing else needs to be cooked or baked. I had all of these ingredients in my home already, and you probably do too!

What do you need for Frozen Yogurt S'mores Clusters

Marshmallows (mini would work, I only had large ones which I chopped up)

Graham crackers (store-brand works and you save money!)

Melting chocolate wafers (so many brands make these but I use Ghiradelli)

Plain greek yogurt (I use Fage)

Final step, add the maple syrup and mix.
    and marshmallows!
Add in your chopped graham crackers
Plain greek yogurt, ingredients to come next

    Ingredients

    • ⅓ cup large marshmallows chopped - which is all I had. Or to make this easier use small ones if you have it
    • ⅔ cup Chopped graham crackers
    • ¾ cup Plain Fage greek yougurt
    • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

    Instructions

    • Mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, graham crackers, and marshmallows with a spoon.
    • Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
    • Melt the chocolate in the microwave. I use Ghirardelli melting chocolate. Then dip or drizzle over each frozen cluster.
    • Return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes to set. Let them thaw for 1-2 minutes before eating them.

The fun thing about no-bake recipes is that they are interchangeable. You can add and make whatever you want to keep the recipe fun and delicious. If you do make this recipe, leave me a comment and a rating and let me know!
