A late night snack or a quick treat you can share with friends during the day. This white chocolate popcorn is easy to make and simple to whip up.
I'm always down for a late night snack. In fact, I can't resist a snack EVER. I wish I could stop snacking after 10 p.m. but unfortunately, the snacks always get to me. Since this is a simple recipe I won't go into full detail about it. Just make it and enjoy the sweetness. Make sure you share!

White Chocolate Popcorn
Equipment

Ingredients
- ½ cup popcorn kernels (add 2 tablespoon of oil to the pan to help it pop)
- ½ bag White Chocolate Chips Use the double boiler method to melt the chocolate
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn in a pan with a lid. Or you can microwave your popcorn if that's all you have. Just make sure it's in a bowl after so you can add the chocolate.
- Melt the white chocolate on medium heat using the doubler boiler method. The method is a two-part cooking tool consisting of a lower pot for simmering water and an upper pan for gently heating food with steam.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and use a spoon to mix it together. Pour the popcorn on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Let it dry for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
