Pop the popcorn in a pan with a lid. Or you can microwave your popcorn if that's all you have. Just make sure it's in a bowl after so you can add the chocolate.
Melt the white chocolate on medium heat using the doubler boiler method. The method is a two-part cooking tool consisting of a lower pot for simmering water and an upper pan for gently heating food with steam.
Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and use a spoon to mix it together. Pour the popcorn on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Let it dry for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
