Mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, graham crackers, and marshmallows with a spoon.
Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave. I use Ghirardelli melting chocolate. Then dip or drizzle over each frozen cluster.
Return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes to set. Let them thaw for 1-2 minutes before eating them.
