    Homemade Pigs in a Blanket in a Blanket

    A quick crescent roll appetizer and twist on a classic recipe. Here's another installment of the crescent rolls series and it's a good one. I made this everything bagel pigs in a blanket multiple times last month and I even swapped out the crescent rolls for homemade pretzels. I recently picked up everything seasoning and I knew I needed to try to make something delicious with it. Crescent rolls are a staple in my home during the holidays, my family LOVES making crescent rolls on the side during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

    Crescent rolls are such an easy type of side dish to make that's already pre-made and takes 15 minutes to cook. I also made these everything bagel pigs in a blanket for the Super bowl and my husband loved it! There are so many different ways to enjoy this appetizer and I can't wait to see how you put your own spin on this delicious treat.

    Make this quick and delicious appetizer today and buy the ingredients below. If you can't find the mini hot dogs, you can hack this and just buy regular sized hot dogs and cut them up.

    What you need

    • Kayem Brand mini hot dogs
    • Pillsbury crescent rolls
    • Everything Bagel seasoning
    • Egg wash

    How to make this

    • 1. Roll the mini hot dogs in the crescent rolls and pinch the dough together so the mini hot dogs don't fall out.
    • 2. Coat each roll in a beaten egg then dip into a bowl filled with everything seasoning.
    • 3. Cook the rolls for 15 minutes or until brown.
    • 4. Enjoy with your favorite dips!
