Pumpkin Puree is key

Pumpkin puree is the key ingredient here when making this Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam. I personally like the Libbys Pumpkin brand because the consistency is just right. I use it in all of my fall pumpkin recipes and it's absolutely delicious. With this recipe, I used my husbands protein shake mixing cup to shake up all of the ingredients. It took me a few minutes to make everything thicken up and then I poured it over my cold brew slowly. I always say I don't like pumpkin anything but this cold foam is my new favorite! Keep reading to get the recipe and make this at home today.
