Let's eat something tasty!
You need a 30-minute dinner recipe? Look no further, I have a tasty and spicy recipe right here for you. Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry! I needed something quick to eat and I'm still not in the mood to make an over the top meal. So something quick and tasty has been my go-to since I found out I was pregnant. Why do I love this recipe so much? I LOVE spicy food. My husband, not so much. But I can't help myself. I love to spice up a meal.
Rice or Noodles?
For this recipe I picked up from fresh broccoli and hot peppers from the farmers market. Red onions, chicken cutlets and a side of noodles and or white rice. I went with noodles. I also air-fried the chicken to save some time in the kitchen. I use my air-fryer frequently so I knew this would be a quick way to get this recipe done quicker. Just make sure to season the chicken before you pop it into the air fryer so all the pieces are coated evenly.
Pick some fresh vegetables!
My husband and I have gone to our local farmers market a few times and picked up some fresh veggies like this broccoli. There's just something about fresh veggies that make your recipe so good. The fresh vegetables just make this Chicken Broccoli Stir-Fry so much better. Of course, you don't need to use hot peppers like I did for this recipe. You can swap them out with red or green peppers. But if you want a kick, go for the hot peppers!
