Copycat Coffee Coolatta

Cool down this spring/summer with this Copycat Coffee Coolatta recipe. Some of the days around here in New England have been so hot and uncomfortable, so this frozen coffee drink was just what I needed to cool down. This the type of drink recipe that takes a few minutes to make and it's easy to whip up. You really don't need anything extreme but the following ingredients below to make this coolatta recipe this season.
If caffeine isn't your thing, swap it out with decaf. The key is when you brew the coffee, pop it into the fridge right after so it can cool down. If your coffee maker has a cold brew setting you can make it that way to speed up the process. There's always the instant coffee route too. Even though I'm not a fan of instant coffee but it's the same result in the end. I need strong coffee so I like to make the pot with extra scoops. If you have a favorite coffee flavor, use that too? Summer is the time to play with delicious coffee flavors.

Add some flavored syrups!
Adding the torani caramel syrup to the copycat coffee coolatta added the hint of sweetness to this drink without overdoing it. You can also try it with chocolate syrup or tablespoon torani hazelnut syrup or even vanilla syrup. All of the Torani flavors are tasty. I'm not a big fan of super sweet drinks so 1 teaspoon is about enough for me. Feel free to add more based on how sweet you like your drinks. I would love to know how you would add your own spin to this delicious frozen drink. Let me know in the comments what you would add to this coffee coolatta.
