    These easy cinnamon twists only take 15 minutes to bake and includes an already prepared crescent roll sheet. All you have to do is spread the sugar on and twist. It doesn't get much easier. Keep reading to get the full recipe!

    I was craving something sugary and I knew I wanted to make something similar to cinnamon sticks which you can get at Dominos. But I wanted something easier to make so I decided to make these easy cinnamon twists. The word easy is the key word here because it really is an EASY recipe. You only need the following ingredients below to make this sweet treat. You might have them in your kitchen already.

    Spread the cinnamon sugar butter mix over the crescent dough
    Baked cinnamon twists

    Cinnamon sugar mix:

    • 5 tablespoon melted unsalted butter 
    • ½ cup light brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Cream cheese icing:

    • 2 ounces softened cream cheese
    • ⅔ cup powdered sugar
    • 3 tablespoons whole milk
    • 1 teaspoon extract

    This is that type of dessert where you eat it right out of the oven. My husband and I ate these cinnamon twists standing up right out of them oven. It was so hot and it was worth it. Every single bite is filled with sugar and the crescent roll dough baked perfectly. If you need something quick to bring to a party, brunch, or the holidays, this is the recipe for you.     Easy cinnamon twists

    Ingredients
      

    Cinnamon sugar mix:

    • 5 tablespoon melted unsalted butter
    • ½ cup light brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Cream cheese icing:

    • 2 ounces softened cream cheese
    • ⅔ cup powdered sugar
    • 3 tablespoon whole milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat your oven to 375.
    • On the stovetop melt your butter and let it cool. Add it to a bowl with the light brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
    • Roll out the crescent roll dough and spread the cinnamon sugar mix on top with a spoon.
    • Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter cut the dough in strips then down the middle.
    • Twist two pieces of dough together and bake the twists for 15 minutes.
    • While the cinnamon twists are baking make your cream cheese icing. Using a mixer makes this easier on your arms.
    • Once the twists are done, drizzle the cream cheese icing on top after they've cooled down for a few minutes. Enjoy!
