What you need for these Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
My recipe is simple and you only need a few ingredients for the bang bang chicken sauce. You can swap out the seasonings if you want but to get that spicy kick you need to use the ingredients below.

Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup of mayo
- ⅔ cup of sweet chili sauce - I actually used my Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing sauce
- Chicken cutlets cut into cubes
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Pinch of chipotle chili powder
Salt & pepper
Olive oil drizzled for the seasoning costs the chicken
Tips for the chicken:
For the ultimate flavor, you can let the chicken cubes marinate for an hour or two in the fridge.
Make the sauce ahead of time as well so you don't have to worry about that step while the chicken is on the grill. You have to consistently coat the chicken in the sauce as the skewers are cooking
