Prep everything ahead of time
prep is very important when it comes to this recipe. It's the main reason I was able to get this cooked in 20 minutes. If you start your day by defrosting your meat and chopping your veggies you'll save so much time. So if you kick off your day with prep you'll have so much more time to relax after you cook.
Beef & Broccoli without the fish sauce
One reason why I wanted to make this recipe is because some restaurants make beef & broccoli with fish sauce. I'm allergic to seafood so I wanted to make one of my favorite dishes without the fish sauce that I can eat whenever.
