Breakfast Crescent Rolls
Jump to RecipeBreakfast crescent rolls, yes please! Now, this is my 2nd favorite recipe in the crescent rolls series because breakfast is the best. I LOVED making this quick recipe which has been so helpful during this pregnancy. These rolls is just the recipe you need when you're looking for a quick meal during a busy day.
I work from home and some days I really don't want to spend a ton of time cooking so these were easy to pop in the oven and cook. And I ate the whole cookie sheet filled with the crescent rolls! It was so easy to make, and right now that's just what I need in a recipe. If you're not a fan of broccoli, you can just use the cheese and egg. And if that's not your thing, you can make a complete swap and change all of the ingredients.
You don't even have to use crescent rolls if they aren't your thing. To be honest, anything buttery can work here and taste just as good. You can even use biscuits, that would be delicious. Or you can take it to the next level and this this recipe a breakfast pizza. Breakfast pizza is the best and these ingredients would be amazing on a crispy crust. Want to this recipe at home? Follow the recipe below.
Tips:
- You can use frozen broccoli in this recipe, just make sure you thaw it out properly.
- Dairy-free cheese works here as well if you want a healthier option.
- Cook time depends on how hot your oven gets. I cooked these for 15 minutes but check on the rolls throughout the cook time to see if they're getting brown and fluffy.
