Want a new grilled pineapple salad recipe?
There's nothing better than fresh pineapple in a delicious summertime salad recipe. The sweet taste of summer in every single bite. Once you have all of your ingredients together it's time to make this savory and sweet grilled pineapple salad. I used a whole pineapple so I was able to put all of the pineapple slices to good use. Next you're going to need a hot outdoor grill obviously. You can also use an air fryer if you don't have a grill available. Make sure you coat the pineapple in olive oil so each side can get nice and crispy.
You also don't need it on the crispy side, I had mine just in the sweet spot. Not too grilled it was perfect and the grill lines were still there. I had my grill on 400 degrees but a medium heat would work too. Like around 350 would do. Cooking time on each side depends on what you're using. It took about 5 minutes on each side at 400 degrees on the grill. The air fryer or another method could have different results. My favorite part of this grilled pineapple salad are all of the fruits and extra toppings you can add.
- red onion
- lime juice
- creamy avocado
- fresh herbs
- fresh fruit (I used blueberries)
- extra pineapple juice in your dressing
- crunchy peanuts
- red bell peppers
- crumbled blue cheese

The natural sugars from the fresh fruit I used work well with the crumbled blue cheese and onions. It's so delicious. For the salad dressing I used olive oil with about 1 teaspoon of garlic salt and some pepper. I like to use minced garlic in my olive oil mixed to give it that fresh flavor. It taste so much better but if you don't have minced garlic available, seasonings will work too. This pineapple salad recipe will be in heavy rotation this summer when I want a quick lunch or dinner recipe. The citrusy flavor of this salad will have you wanting more.
