Classic chicken salad
Ingredients
To cook the chicken:
- 2 Chicken Cutlets Cooked
- 3 cups Chicken broth
Ingredients for after the the chicken is cooked
- Seasoned Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper
- 1-2 tbs Mustard (depends how much you like)
- 2 scoops of mayo (using a spoon)
- Red Onions - chopped
- Pickles - chopped
Instructions
- Cook the chicken without seasoning in the broth to get tender. Once it's cooked, shred the chicken with two forks. Use your favorite seasoning after the chicken is cooked and shredded.
- Add the seasoned salt, garlic powder, pepper, mustard, mayo, onions and pickles to the bowl with the shredded chicken. If you need to make swaps feel free to do so. Enjoy with some lettuce or on a sandwich.
