Berry Cheese Danish
Growing up, I was never a fan of cheese danish. I always thought they would taste nasty until I decided to make my own and these were eaten so fast in my house. This berry cheese danish recipe is SO GOOD and like my other recipes, easy! The hack here is that I use pre-made frozen puff pastry. All you need to do is thaw it out and get the other ingredients ready. I've made so many different versions of this danish but I love the cheese/berry combo.
The mix of sweet and salty is so delicious. I swear once you try this recipe, you'll want to keep making it. This dessert has been on my mind recently so I made it again and I'm so glad I did, because it's delicious. As I mentioned before, I'm a huge fan of pre-made products. And the Pepperidge Farm frozen puff pastries are perfect for this dessert. They come out of the oven nice and flaky and soft. SO GOOD! The one I use can be found here.
When it comes to the jam selection, the Bonne maman mixed fruit jam is THE BEST and worth the price. Their raspberry flavor is also delicious. Check out the recipe below to make this at home.
