Using a double boiler, melt both the milk and white chocolate chips. I only had one double boiler so I had to melt the milk chocolate first then the white chocolate.
Typically people spread the white chocolate evenly over the milk chocolate but I messed up a little and I kind of liked it that way. I then sprinkled about 5 or 6 crushed up candy canes I had laying around. You can use any peppermint.
Pop the peppermint bark in the fridge for 10-20 minutes and cut into pieces with a knife. Enjoy!
