Buttermilk blend (dip the chicken cutlet into buttermilk then pop into the flour). You can use Hood Buttermilk.
Shredded cheese
Shredded lettuce
Honey mustard or ranch
Seasonings for the flour mix:
2teaspoonPaprika
2teaspoonGarlic Salt
1teaspoonPepper
1tsp Seasoned Salt
1 teaspoonOregano
Instructions
Add oil to the stovetop and set to medium heat.
Dip your chicken cutlet into buttermilk and let sit for about 5-10 minutes.
Next, in a medium-sized bowl add the two cups of flour and seasonings. Whisk to mix it all together. Take the chicken cutlets soaked in buttermilk and coat the chicken in the flour mix. Pop the chicken into your prepared oil.
Cook the chicken cutlets for 5 minutes, turning on each side until crispy and golden brown.
Build your snack wrap with the other ingredients. (lettuce, cheese, ranch or honey mustard)
