Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and using baking spray to coat your 9X9 baking pan.
In a medium mixing bowl, add your flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Whisk to blend together.
In a bowl of electric mixer, add your room temp butter and sugar. Mix this together until it's light and fluffy. And make sure you scrape down the bowl as you're mixing. Add the eggs one at a time mixing well between each egg you add.
With. your mixture on a low speed, add the dry ingredient following up with the Oakhurst Dairy eggnog. I like to add the dry ingredients a little bit at a time.
Add the wet mixture to your greased baking pan and top it with your Streusel topping.
Bake the eggnog coffee cake for one hour. Rotating the pan throughout the bake time. Once the hour is up, use a tooth pick and poke the center. If the toothpick comes out clean take the coffee cake out, and let the cake cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes. Drizzle with the eggnog icing to complete!
