8 fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced into wedges
¼cupgranulated sugar
¼cupbrown sugar

Topping ingredients:
1cupall-purpose flour
¼cupgranulated sugar
¼cupbrown sugar
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonsalt
6tablespoonunsalted butter, chilled and cut into cubes
¼cupwater
2tablespoongranulated sugar
1teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Peel and cut your peaches into wedges.
In a medium sized bowl, add the fresh cut and wedge peaches along with the sugars (both brown and granulated sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix with a spoon and set aside.
Add the flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt. Next, add the butter and flour to a bowl and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs. Stir in the water until everything is combined and it looks like a wet topping. You're going to pop this topping on top of the fresh peaches.
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
