1Chocolate bar chopped up into chunks + 1 cup of mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the butter on the stovetop and let cool. In your stand mixer, mix the butter and sugars on low speed. Slowly add in your egg and vanilla extract.
On the side in a medium-sized bowl. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together and slowly add this flour mixture to the butter and sugar mix. I added the flour mixture ½ cup at a time. Scrape down the bowl to get the extra flour on the side properly mixed.
Take the bowl off the stand mixer and fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop the cookie dough and place the cookies 1 inch apart on your baking sheet.
If using a 1 inch cookie scoop, bake the cookies for 11-13 minutes (check at the 11 minute mark) and take the cookies out of the oven when they're done. Cool on your baking sheet for 5 minutes and enjoy the cookies nice and warm.*If you're using a larger cookie scoop bake for 15 minutes
