Set up your baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. If you don't have parchment paper, lightly grease your baking sheet.
Add the melted butter and sugars to your mixer and mix it up until fluffy. Follow this step up with the eggs and vanilla extract.
In a medium bowl on the side, add in your flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips, and butterfinger bits. Whisk everything and add this to your wet ingredients slowly. I did this ½ cup at a time. Scrape down the bowl between each ½ cup of flour you add.
Using a cookie scoop, place your cookie dough on your parchment lined baking sheet. Cook for 17 minutes and cool on the sheet or a wire rack.

* Sometimes I add more chocolate chips depending on what kind of mood I'm in. And I'm really craving chocolate lately so I wanted more!
