Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl add your eggs and sugar and whisk until the mixture is fluffy.
Slowly add in the eggs, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Once this is mixed set aside.
Add your butter and chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl until melted. I like to do 20 second intervals until fully melted. Mix in between each 20 second interval.
In another bowl add in your flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the butter mixture to the wet mixture and blend.
Add in the wet mixture and flour mixture together until combined.
Using your cookie scoop, add scoops to parchment paper lined cookies sheet. Making sure there's space between each cookie.
* Add a marshmallow to the top of the cookie scoop on the parchment paper. This is optional.
Cook for 10 minutes and cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
