Brownie Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs room temp
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tbs cocoa powder
  • teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • In a small bowl add your eggs and sugar and whisk until the mixture is fluffy.
  • Slowly add in the eggs, vanilla, and cocoa powder. Once this is mixed set aside.
  • Add your butter and chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl until melted. I like to do 20 second intervals until fully melted. Mix in between each 20 second interval.
  • In another bowl add in your flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add the butter mixture to the wet mixture and blend.
  • Add in the wet mixture and flour mixture together until combined.
  • Using your cookie scoop, add scoops to parchment paper lined cookies sheet. Making sure there's space between each cookie.
  • * Add a marshmallow to the top of the cookie scoop on the parchment paper. This is optional.
  • Cook for 10 minutes and cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
