Preheat oven to 350 and spray your doughnut pan with baking spray
In a medium bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pinch of salt. Whisk these ingredients together and set aside.
Melt your butter on the stove and let it cool for five minutes. Add the butter to another bowl with the granulated sugar and light brown sugar. Mix this together until its fluffy and add the eggs one at a time. Mixing between each. Add the vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and pumpkin puree. Once this is blended, the wet mixture needs to be added to the flour mixture slowly.
Using a piping bag or zip loc bag, add the doughnut mixture to your dougnut pan.
Bake the doughnuts at 350 for 14 minutes. As the doughnuts are baking, make your maple glaze.
Once the doughnuts are done, let them cool and dip them into the maple glaze. Enjoy your fall treat!
