Roll out both thawed out puff pastry dough and cut into three vertical strips.
Add 1 tbs of chocolate chips at the bottom of the puff pastry trip and fold it over. Add another 1 tbs of chocolate chips above that. Like I did in the video.
Roll up the dough and seal it with the egg wash. Bush additional egg wash on the pastry. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Dust with powdered sugar.
