Ingredients

  • 1 Betty Crocker White Box Mix

Frosting

  • 1 Jar of fluff
  • 1 Stick of softened Butter
  • 2 Cups Powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Pink Coating

  • Package Vanilla Almond Bark
  • Pink Gel Food Coloring

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350
  • Coat your baking sheet in baking spray
  • Mix up your white cake mix according to the cake box. Pour the cake mixture on the baking sheet and baking for 33-35 minutes. Check the cake at the 30 minute make to make sure it's baked fully.
  • Once the cake is done, let it cool for 30 minutes before you use your heart shaped cookie cutter to make shapes.
  • As the cake is cooling, make your frosting mixture.
  • Mix the frosting ingredients above in a medium-sized bowl and add it to a piping bag.
  • Once I cut the cake with the heart shaped cookie cutter, I also cut the cake in half and added the frosting mixture. Check out the video to see how I cut the cake.
  • Freeze this cake with the frosting inside for an hour. Once the hour is up melt the almond bark and pink gel food coloring. Save ½ cup of the almond bark in a bowl to pour some on top of the pink coating. Once you dip the cakes in the pink coating, set it on a cooling rack with parchment paper on top. Once the pink coating is dry, I use a fork to drizzle some of the left over melted white almond bark on top of the cake.
  • Let this fully dry and enjoy!
