Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink
Jump to RecipeThe people love this Starbucks Pink Drink! I never bought one at Starbucks but I've seen people order it and it looks so delicious. I wanted to try it at home since it's so easy to make and I like all of the ingredients used. So why not try something different. First, in this Copycat Starbucks Pink Drink has the Tazo caffeine-free passion fruit tea which is absolutely delicious.
I thought the passion fruit tea would be sweet but it's the perfect amount of sweetness. It's not super bitter and easy to sip which is perfect. This drink was so fun to make and I'm pretty sure you'll love it too if you're looking for a fruity spring drink. Imagine the sun is shining and you're sitting on your porch with this drink. I can't think of anything better.
Prep time for this drink recipe took less than five minutes. All you need to do is steep the tea, then pop it into the fridge to cool off. Next up, in your blender, add the coconut milk (I used the So Delicious brand), vanilla extract, and coconut sugar. I mixed this all up for a few minutes and poured the mixture over a few ice cubes. You can also top this drink with fresh strawberries or freeze dried strawberries, whatever you prefer. If you want something more, you can even add whipped cream. That makes the drink more like a dessert. Which isn't a bad thing!
How would you put your own fun little spin on this drink? Would you add additional ingredients? Also, if you need more drink recipe inspiration, check out my drink section on my website here. Please comment and rate this recipe if you try it! Enjoy.
